114. Why do your knees go in when you squat? With Heath Lander and Raphael Bender

Everyone knows that if your knees go in when you squat it’s because your glutes aren’t working properly, right?

Wrong.

We talk through a whole list of reasons why your knees might go inwards in a squat that has nothing to do with your glutes not working. Plus why it might actually be GOOD that your knees go in during a squat.
